Sense Heading

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information Sense Heading collects and how it's used.

Information we collect

Sense Heading itself does not require you to create an account or submit personal information to read articles or watch embedded videos. If commenting is enabled, basic information tied to your comment provider account (e.g. a GitHub or other third-party login) may be visible per that provider's own terms.

Video platform data

This site displays videos and metadata (titles, thumbnails, live status) sourced from YouTube's and TikTok's public developer APIs. This reflects Sense Heading's own public channel/account activity — it does not collect or process data about visitors' YouTube or TikTok accounts. If you interact with an embedded video player directly, that platform's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.

Analytics

We may use standard, privacy-respecting web analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g. which articles are read most). This data is used internally to guide coverage and is not sold to third parties.

Cookies

This site may use minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. It does not use cookies for cross-site ad tracking.

Third-party links and embeds

Articles may link to or embed content from external sites, including court and government filing systems, YouTube, and TikTok. Sense Heading is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site's features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
